Investment in a project or in a market? Why Poland is a strategic choice today

Bondea CEO Ieva Paleckytė emphasizes that investors are increasingly turning to Poland as a stable and growing investment market, especially amid rising geopolitical uncertainty.

According to her, investor priorities are shifting – alongside returns, security is becoming increasingly important. As a result, more attention is being directed toward markets that demonstrate stability, economic growth, and a clear direction. Poland stands out as one of the strongest economies in the region, maintaining around 3% growth and actively investing in security and infrastructure, which creates favorable conditions for business and commercial real estate development.

These trends are also reflected in a new investment project presented on the Bondea platform – a business premises project in Warsaw developed by NordSpace Projektai. Investors are offered a bond issue with an 8–9% annual return, secured by real estate collateral and a fund guarantee.

According to Paleckytė, such projects allow investors not only to pursue attractive returns but also to diversify their portfolios in a market with strong growth potential, driven by business relocation closer to Europe and increasing demand for commercial real estate.
