The first Bondea investment project is now open!

• The issuer is UAB “NordSpace Projektai,” which is developing a business space (“unit”) project in Warsaw, Poland. The project plans to build 68 business units and 11 common-use areas.
• An investment opportunity in a bond issue secured by a primary real estate mortgage and a fund guarantee, with a pre-determined annual yield of up to 9%.
• “NordSpace Projektai” is managed by the “Nordspace” fund, which has already successfully developed 13 similar business parks in Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland. The project is being developed according to a proven and functioning business model.
• Expansion into the Polish market, where small and medium-sized businesses are particularly active, and the supply of commercial space still lags significantly behind demand.
